7 Steps to Health Course
We are offering you the opportunity to attend one of our FREE 7 Steps to Health Courses. The 2-day residential course treats each person individually at a fundamental and profound level with the aim of establishing a healthy, balanced underlying state, enabling the body’s own healing mechanisms to operate at optimum level and restore health and control. New dates to be published soon. Our past weekends were a huge success, read comments from our first course participants.
In 2017 we are also offering you the opportunity to attend one of our FREE Living Well with the Impact of Cancer Courses. The courses are delivered by Penny Brohn UK* external facilitators and provide you with a tool kit of self-care techniques that can help support your physical, emotional and spiritual health. Rainbow Valley Ball
Early Bird booking forms are now available for this year’s Rainbow Valley Ball. Following on from the amazing success of last year’s event, we are thrilled to announce the date for this year’s Ball is Saturday 11 November 2017, once again in the Hilton Hotel, William Street, Glasgow. For runners of all ages and abilities, our annual Trossachs 10k, in Aberfoyle is held every September. The route starts and finishes in Aberfoyle and takes you through some of Scotland’s most stunning scenery.
Thanks to everyone who battled their way through a 5km assault course at Gartocharn in September.
Coffee, Cake & Christmas
Thanks to everyone who joined us in November at the gorgeous Trades Hall, Glassford Street in Glasgow, for some festive fun. There were stalls, crafts, unique Christmas gifts, plus great cake and a cuppa!
The Great Scottish Swim
It takes place every year and is the perfect way to raise money for charity while enjoying one of Scotland’s most beautiful views!
Ride the North
For the cycling aficionados out there, this one’s was a true challenge. The Ride the North cycle event covers 170 miles through some of Scotland’s most beautiful scenery. Thanks to everyone who took part to raise money for Rainbow Valley.
Thanks to all the Sassy & Classy ladies, who joined us on Sunday 27 August 2017 for Rainbow Valley’s first annual Ladies Lunch. We enjoyed an afternoon of fizz, fine dining and fabulous entertainment in the stunning surroundings of The Boclair House Hotel.
Supported by Scottish Athletics and Stirling Council, the first Stirling Marathon took place on 21 May 2017. The course attracted all abilities and provided an awe-inspiring experience for accomplished and first-time marathoners alike.
