A lovely note from one of last year’s runners:
‘Hi All, I have to say that the Trossachs 10km is one cracker of a route starting near Manse Road and almost immediately you are running through a forestry trail passing Lochan Spling and continuing through the Ard Forest towards and round a bit of Doon Hill (Fairy Knowe) crossing the River Forth along a small path and finally a good flat finish along the old Aberfoyle Railway to the finish. It is a good testing but enjoyable course and the weather was also almost perfect for running so couldn’t ask for any more. I would recommend this race to anyone. The Organisers also done well on the day. I am now all set for the Great Scottish Run next weekend. I look forward to the Trossachs 10km again next year’
