I’m very much into nourishing my “whole” self. The workshop was very much about that and was very beneficial for me.

LOVED this course. Edward was so informative but not full of jargon. He made me understand Mindfulness really easily. He has such a talent of making you feel relaxed at times, then make you cry with laughter the next!
He took time for each and every one of us and genuinely cared about how we were feeling. Just wished it was longer!

I feel I was so honoured to have the opportunity to be enrolled in this fabulous course with my sister. Seeing her and others, joyful and contributing to everything they were asked to get involved in. So much laughs and smiles was contagious.
Everyone was genuinely respectful and supportive to each other to which a strong friendship bond was developed amongst us all and with the wonderful caring staff.
I felt truly I felt truly valued and lucky to have had this opportunity to be part of the Rainbow valley experience and hope it’s not the last xx

Given that my recent diagnosis was the second time for me, I have been under the “cancer care umbrella for a decade now and in all that time, I have never once been given the opportunity to attend anything like the experience we had with Rainbow Valley. This is particularly surprising as my cancer receives more publicity and funding than any other cancer type in the world! I do receive a magazine twice a year from one charity and have attended a talk on fertility issues and been given details of local mindfulness classes. Whilst I am sure invaluable support and advice is provided for many people by the bigger charities, this has not been my experience. We were astounded with the level of support and advice we received from Rainbow Valley, especially as they funded my husband to attend also. The 3 days we attended their seven steps to health course benefited us more than all other help collectively over the last 11 years. It is amazing that a relatively young charity without the benefit of the huge marketing budgets enjoyed by the high profile charities are able to achieve this.

The support given by all was second to none all from rainbow valley made me feel valued and important , fabulous group of dedicated people !
