Rainbow Valley had a very succesful year for Kiltwalk in 2017. Like many Scottish charities this was our first year being involved in The Kiltwalk Event. We managed to recruit a team of 20 participants over the three walk distances for the Glasgow event. We raised an amazing £6300 through this event! £2300 of which was raised by one of our long standing corporate supporters MBM print.
We would love your help to make Glasgow Kiltwalk's Rainbow Valley 2018 team even bigger to help us raise £20,000 for anyone affected by cancer.
If you think you have what it takes to be part of Rainbow Valley's Kiltwalk 2018 team and walk 6,14 or 23 miles through the streets of Glasgow from Glasgow Green to Loch Lomond then contact the fundraising team now on ......

The mindfulness course was everything I had hoped it would be. Edward is amazing. He makes you laugh and feel good and puts everyone at ease. He takes you from laughter to complete relaxation.
He makes mindfulness make sense and equips you with tools to take home to make it happen in your everyday.
I feel so blessed to have been apart of this experience. I affirmatively and positively was present in the moment and loved every minute of it.
There was a great feeling of being home on arriving at Ardoch. The familiarity instantly made you relax. Seeing familiar faces to welcome you was simply lovely. Having all the beautiful food again was a reminder and a gentle prompt and encouragement to eat a rainbow!
Thank you so so much for all your hard work. Thank you so much to Rainbow Valley for giving my mum and I not only special time together but also for equipping us with knowledge and skills to enhance our lives.
To be part of the Rainbow Valley family is a privilege. – Lou Collins
LOVED this course. Edward was so informative but not full of jargon. He made me understand Mindfulness really easily. He has such a talent of making you feel relaxed at times, then make you cry with laughter the next!
He took time for each and every one of us and genuinely cared about how we were feeling. Just wished it was longer!
As usual, I came away feeling invigorated and loved
I feel I was so honoured to have the opportunity to be enrolled in this fabulous course with my sister. Seeing her and others, joyful and contributing to everything they were asked to get involved in. So much laughs and smiles was contagious.
Everyone was genuinely respectful and supportive to each other to which a strong friendship bond was developed amongst us all and with the wonderful caring staff.
I felt truly I felt truly valued and lucky to have had this opportunity to be part of the Rainbow valley experience and hope it’s not the last xx
Where do I start? I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Ardoch House for the 7 Steps to Health Course. I mean this from the bottom of my heart – It was so many things – a great atmosphere, relaxing, positive, so helpful, comfortable, comforting, inspiring, happy, fun, with loads of laughter thrown in for good measure and it just lifted my spirits tremendously! The staff members without exception, made us all feel so very welcome and it was obvious they were sincere and very caring people. You have a lovely team and “What a tonic!!”
I have been under the cancer care umbrella for a decade now and in all that time, I have never once been given the opportunity to attend anything like the experience we had with Rainbow Valley. The time with Rainbow Valley benefited us more than all other help collectively over the last 11 years.
